Since graduating from the University of Sydney in 1985, Dr. Phillip Stein has developed a great interest in a number of branches of dentistry. The first step he took into further specialization was his Diploma of Oral Implants at his alma mater in 1996.
Years later, Dr. Stein developed a passion for orthodontics, taking on advanced studies in occlusion, cosmetic dental aesthetics, bite repositioning, and facial pain relief at the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies in Nevada. As the position of the tongue has a great impact on the bite, Dr. Stein found it essential to also complete a laser tongue-tie (frenectomy) surgical course, which he attended in Brisbane last year.
Aside from his vast experience and training, Dr. Stein is known for his caring and gentle approach to his patients. He believes strongly in listening to his patients and working with them to create the right treatment plan for their oral health.
