What is your Refund Policy?

Registration is refundable, less 20% cancellation fee. A written notice must be submitted to valana@drnickdds.com 2 weeks prior to registered course date. Within 2 weeks of the given course, half of the registration fee will be refunded. Registration is fully refundable only if the course is cancelled by CNO. There will be no refunds issued for online courses.
